I’ve bought about 5 watches from Jay on etsy and followed him to bonanza because of the quality of care for both product and customer care. Im on watch 6 and 7 with him and its just been a breeze. Every watch I own from Jay has been on time, as described, and works great. He knows too much about watches, which is great. I’ve learned more about what I actually have on my wrist, which is fun to know for a watch. He’s good at what he does and I highly recommend as a good source of watches and information.

Jay was great to work with. I received my Benrus date pointer watch in record time. When there was a problem with it (my fault, oops), he took care of it right away and honored his warranty. I highly recommend him and his products!
