Our beautiful and romantic story began in the summer of 2017 on the magnificent island of Amorgos, when Konstantinos decided to return to Greece from abroad. We went on vacation with a group of friends in Cyclades and more specifically in Amorgos, where little did we know that Amorgos would be the ideal background to our love story!

It was August 6th and in Amorgos they have the infamous "Festival of Christ" and after a series of unexpected events, we finally realized what we had in front of us for sooo many years, as we have been close friends for more than 5 years! The rest of the journey was a series of really awkwardly sweet-magical moments that will live with us for the rest of our lives!

This summer experience, the amazing Amorgos' lanes, the endless blue of the sea, the "Maria Chozoviotissa" chapel and the return home (which was an adventure on its own!) made our common "journey" a reality.

As a result, we sat down and thought something that would make our dream become a reality, which is to promote our country's natural beauties to the outside world and in contrast to other people that leave Greece for foreign countries, to remain in our home country and live the dream together!

So, long story short, I opened Adobe's Illustrator & Photoshop and we began literally from scratch! The initial design took us about 2-3 days and after several opinions from friends and family, we decided to launch "Karpouzaki" from my last name which is "Karpouza" (which means "watermelon" in Greek!).

All of our creations are inspired and are based on Greek beauties and have been created one by one by us and only us in our spare free time!
