My designs have been published 4 times by Bead and Button - B&B. "Serape" was published in the August 2014 issue of B&B magazine and Bead&Button hardback book, Creative Beading Vol. 10; The Best Projects From a Year of B&B from October 2013 to August 2014. "Kitties Tessellation" has also been published twice. First in the June 2014 B&B Extra online version and June 1, 2015 - Page 12 of the "2015 Collector's Edition" which features a collection of 25 bracelets chosen from all the B&B 2014 issues.
I was a teacher in the 70's & 80's, a legal assistant in the 90's & a professional driver in the 2000's. I have been happily married for 27+ years. My wonderful husband puts up with all the mess involved with beading and designing in my studio...which is the whole house. I started designing my own patterns because I got tired of redesigning 6-7 inch bracelets.
I hope you find my designs interesting and stimulating, as I love to dabble in geometric, abstract, tessellations and repeat patterns. You will have conversational pieces of art when you wear my designs. I don't use any dyed or galvanized beads in the designs because they fade and the color rubs off with time. I also don't use satin beads because they break easily as they are thinner than other delicas and they also tend to cut thread. I want your beaded art to last forever.
