Welcome to the ViaBellaItalia page. We are passionate about fashion, art and everything that makes life beautiful. We live in Italy, just outside Rome, and enjoy the beauty and history of these places. Our mission is to introduce our customers to the exceptional Italian cultural and beauty heritage, also by inserting something else we like from the Old World, such as Swiss watchmaking. One of our partners is a Japanese artist, so you will also find Japan on our pages.
We supply ourselves directly from the manufacturers or selected dealers. Our office is in Rome but we also use two international warehouses to be present all over the world, one warehouse is in Japan and another in Hong Kong. In our listings you will find specified where we ship the items from.
We try to guarantee the best possible shopping experience and we only deal with original and high quality products. In the case of accessories related to the functioning of a mechanism, such as watches, we also offer after-sales technical assistance through partner workshops, making it possible to guarantee the purchase also for parallel imported products.
We only ship with tracked and insured carriers. As soon as the goods leave our warehouses, we will send you the tracking code. Duties and VAT, when applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Normally we accept the return of the goods within 30 days of purchase. We will indicate to which warehouse (Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, USA) to return the goods. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. However, returns of products without labels or tampered with in any form or without the original packaging are not allowed.
