These cushions are typically hard to break or tear, so I suspected seller simply wanted to sell to someone else at a better price. Seller response: The package was damaged in delivery we did not state broken, but when a item is damaged and opened it is not longer hygenic to send to a customer we opt to refund. It is very rare and unfortunate we had no other stock at the time to send in its place.
