Customer service isn't difficult. It's just a matter of treating your customers the way you'd want to be treated. If you purchase an item and it is defective, you shouldn't have to jump thru hoops to get your money back or a new item. Sure, sellers are usually nice until there is a problem. Then it's all about profits. Not here. At Treasured Gifts, if you aren't satisfied with your purchase I will personally make it right. You have my word. My end result is customer satisfaction. As should all sellers' be. If not, then why do we do this?
