That is to say, despite most of them being brand new and unused, they were recovered after having been discarded by retailers. Shipping materials, except for packing tape and brown paper, are also recovered from waste streams, which to my thinking is better for the environment than if I were to purchase newly produced materials, even if those materials are more sustainably produced or more safely discarded. With materials already destined for the landfill, making more use of them prior to their abandonment can't worsen their impact. Any deviations from this general policy regarding shipping materials will also be noted in descriptions.
Market value of items is determined at time of listing. If you feel that pricing is outdated for an item, message me about it and I will check it again and update it if necessary.
