Returns are accepted within the first 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is damaged on arrival or defective. There is a 20% restocking fee which may apply.

We use multiple suppliers and everyone has a different Return Process for that reason you must contact us first to receive the proper documentation and instructions. A Return authorization number (RMA) and shipping label is required for all returns. Items returned without an RMA will not be processed.
