Your engine will receive the following PARTS AND LABOR: Tearing down and splitting cases Inspecting all parts Cleaning all parts Checking all bearings Resurfacing Cylinder Head gasket surface Honing Cylinder Resurfacing Cylinder gasket surface De carbon valve train De carbon cylinder head Shimming valves New bottom end kit New gaskets New oil seals New valve seals New piston New timing chain New spark plug New oil filter Powder coated engines are for show purposes only. SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for shipping cost, including return shipping. You can expect to pay $50-60 east coast, $70-80 west coast to ship your engine to me (these are one way cost). I do not recommend shipping your engine in a cardboard box. Go spend $30 and buy a 60 quart Igloo cooler on wheels from Wal-Mart, Lowes or Home Depot. Once the engine is inside screw the lid shut. This will provide safe transport for your engine. I have included a photo of the preferred cooler for your reference. TURN AROUND TIME: Typically we have a 3 - 4 week turn around. Build time will be based on the amount of damage / parts needed for your engine. Some specialized parts may take longer to receive. Or if you want a used part (such as an engine case) I will need time to hunt it down. I do believe in prompt service and excellent communication.
