Should any Item purchased be deemed to be unsatisfactory, a full refund of moneys paid to Collecting At Collectables for any said item purchased will be given to the customer, excluding postage as and when the items are returned to Collecting At Collectables, Collecting at collectables is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post unless properly insured
