Returns must be packed and shipped and insured the same way it was when sent to you; and it must be received by me in the same condition as it was when sent, so please pack it carefully. Refund is for the cost of the item, only, since the shipping that was paid for has already been used to send it to you. I would appreciate hearing from you before you ship it back.
