The seller had it stored safely for many years. He noticed the rotary dial spin back was very slow. He sent it to Richard Rose of Memory Lane Telephones in Minnesota. Richard serviced the dial and now it is back to working like new. No corrosion, shines. All colors and paint shine, all cords like new, some Mild white toning on Mickey?s fingertips which acts like a switch; Holds the handset. Since landlines are nearly non-existent, there are numerous devices on the internet and YOUTube which let you convert PULSE (rotary) to TONE, or Bluetooth and can interface with modern VOIP Systems.
