In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email me within 5 days from the delivery date with a photo of the box AND a photo of the damaged item. A Replacement or refund will be given less shipping cost.

If you are not satisfied with the item, please send me a message within 5 days from the time of delivery – anything after that will not be considered for a refund or replacement (if possible)

Mistakes happen from time to time, so if I am at fault for shipping the wrong item I will pay for a return label. All other returns will be paid by the buyer.
