I design all my products, and work with a 3rd-party vendor that manufactures the items, prints my design onto them, and ships them. If an item is damaged or defective, I will happily replace it free of charge, if you notify me within 30 days of your receiving it. I do not accept returns, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will refund you fully or partially, depending on the circumstance. I am a new vendor (<1 year), so I am happy to dialogue and work with you to ensure your satisfaction!
