This is a new HONASX (also known as the PAC Audio AAI-HON) dual auxilliary audio input adapter for select 2003-2006 Honda and Acura vehicles. It is not compatible with factory navigation radios, and external devices such as a CD changer or satellite radio tuner will need to be disconnected. According to the Peripheral application guide, compatible vehicles include: ACURA: 2006 RL 2006 TL HONDA: 2003-2007 Accord 2006-2007 Civic 2003-2007 Element 2005-2007 Odyssey 2006 Pilot 2006-2007 Ridgeline 2003-2006 S2000 It provides 2 stereo audio inputs that can be used to play an iPod, MP3, DVD, Sirius/XM Radio or other music source through your car stereo via an unused cd changer or satellite radio input. The input is clear, without the static or interference from an FM transmitter. Out of the vehicles above, I have personally installed one of these on a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe with the in-dash 6-disc CD radio - on that radio, you press the "CD/AUX" button to access the aux input created with this adapter.
