One Network Instruments nTAP 10/100/1000 Copper? Network Tap Devices on a Rack Mount Bracket
This was government surplus. At the time of this listing, I have a quantity of these and so you may not receive the exact rack in the pictures, but they have all been tested to power on. This does not come with a power supply. These need an input of 5V 2.8A. I am not sure exactly what model this is, but it looks to me like it is either the Copper or Observer. Please look at the pictures closely to determine for yourself. The NTAP has Velcro pieces attached to it as shown in the pictures.
