Returns will only be accepted within 7 days from date of delivery. Skin Sentials needs to be notified and a request for return needs to be approved. Items can only be returned if they are Unopened, Unused and in its Original Undamaged packaging. Buyer pays the Tracked Return Postage and a 1.5% restocking fee.
Any order cancelled prior to shipping will incur a PayPal payment processing fee of 5%.
