The shepherd boy’s pose, with a lamb over his shoulders, nicely conveys the sleepy, end of the day mood spoken about in the “Little Boy Blue” nursery rhyme. The wonderful detail, color, and expression, this piece captures the excellence one has come to expect from the Lladro Spanish Porcelain family. A hard to find in the Zaphir line. He measures 9 1/2 inches tall. Dates back to 1982. Stamped with Zaphir, made in Spain and carved with 6 3. This item is collectible and it is in like new condition. No original box.
