Item description

HUGE FISH CARVING FROM PETRIFIED WOOD. ONE SINGLE SOLID SLAB. 22-INCH, 20.5-LBS This fish is a hand-carved sculpture from a large complete slab of petrified wood. It was once an actual dense hardwood tree, millions upon millions of years ago. The carving is perfect, solid, smooth and polished. The lines in the stone are not cracks, they were cracks in the wood but after millions of years they have become designs in the stone!
