Return Process
1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us via Bonanza messaging to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Packaging: Repackage the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
• Use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Deductions: If applicable, original shipping fees will not be refunded. A restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from the refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Exchanges
• We do not offer exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
