If by chance something arrives damaged contact me and we can see what we can work out. Since most expensive items are shipped with insurance or lesser priced items are shipped 1st Class/Priority there is usually insurance involved but it will be up to you to deal with the post office as you have the item they will want to see (I will be glad to help guide you). If you decide you want me to deal with the insurance you will be expected to ship the item back to me and there will be a minimum $5.00 fee.
