30-Day Return Policy

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product Quality and Shipping Damages

• We stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any product quality issues or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@eulique.com. We will offer you a refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Defective Returns

• If you decide to return an item that is not defective or damaged, we will gladly accept it; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge for the return shipment.
• Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, allowing it to be resold.

Refund Process
