We are to sorry to find out that you have decided to return the recently purchased product. We strive to satisfy all your needs and appreciate the fact that the items may no longer be needed.
The product was sold and shipped brand new and as advertised. If you no longer need it or for any reason you would like to return the product, you have 30 days to do so according to Amazon’s policy. In this case AG Decor is not responsible for return shipping charges, the product has to be returned brand new, unused and in original packaging, shipping tracking number must be provided to us through Amazon messaging system. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, AG Decor shall inspect it, and the refund will be issued according to product’s condition.
