Portuguese Chorizo/sausage 250g ~8.82oz Extra meat and Spicy Chourico de Portugal Chourico is a sausage made with pork meat and fat, with spices that vary depending on the region, with some having "Protected Geographical Origin". Usually, the seasoned meat and fat are introduced into thin casings, which are then bound at 30-40 cm intervals, these rolls are separated and are circular in shape. They are then hung in the smokehouse individually, when they are ready in a horseshoe shape. The casings can be natural or synthetic, but of natural material origin. A variant of the sausage can also be referred to as the sausage regions. This sausage is made of meat and very tasty, I advise to grill and serve with bread ae accompanied by Port Wine !!! Delicious !!!
