We exchange size and refund in the following conditions:

If the shoes are not the correct size, they may be returned, provided they are in the same condition as they were sent. NAE will send the correct size shoes free of charge only if was our mistake. The customer has to write a note indicating the reason for the return.

The refund will be made after receive the shoes in the same condition we sent (test if they feet on your home). Post charges on customer if there was not by our mistake or fault.
