Product description: The Callmaster is a multi-appearance digital voice terminal used primarily as a Call Management or Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) position. All Callmaster models are equipped with a 2-line by 40-character display that can be used to provide information on incoming and outgoing calls. The unit can be programmed to enter an After-Call Work State following each call for the completion of service paperwork and can be configured for zip tone operation where calls follow one another in a rapid sequence. Callmaster phones do not have a physical switch hook and cradle. They become active when a headset is plugged in. The release button ends the call. They are best suited for a Call Center environment or any application where calls are taken one after another.
