She is beautifully handpainted by a talented Fenton artist, M. Cowan. She has light blue glass frit which accents her dress, hat and bow with tiny violet flowers that are liberally placed all over her dress.This piece was done to commemorate the 95TH anniversary of FENTON ART GLASS (1905-2000).
