Media items like DVD’s, music, are not returnable with some exceptions

All items if returned must be in the the same condition as sent I.E. If the item was sealed and new in must be in returned as such.

No Refunds for buyer remorse

Returns are paid for by the buyer except for items that are shown to be the sellers mistake.
