ADAPTER is 5/8 x 11 Thread. The Male end (1/4 x 20 TPI) fits the 2" Holder. The 5/8" x 11 Female end will fit most 4-1/2" Electric Grinders, and many other tools that have a 5/8" x 11 threaded Arbor both Air and Electric.
