Return Policy for Bonanza Shop

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:

1. Return Conditions

- Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased, with all original tags attached.
- Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as they were shipped.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us for return instructions before sending the item back.

2. Refunds & Replacements

- If an item is eligible for replacement, we will replace it. However, if for any reason we do not have the purchased item available for replacement, we will issue a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return. These include but are not limited to final sale items, intimate wear, etc.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
