Item description

1967 Vintage Postcard with hand drawn Disney Donald Duck cartoon Art QSL LU8DKA from Argentina Unique Ham Radio Operator QSL Card from "Alonso Pascual Gonzalez" from Argentina, features a cartoon art drawing of Donald Duck, talking on his "corded" microphone. Although the drawing looks like it is either colored pencil or crayon, that was applied by hand to fill in the black and white line drawing, as the black ink smeared into the yellow slightly. The handwritten Amateur Radio QSO information is hand signed by Alonso and dated 3/6/67 On the back (address side) Alonso wrote "Radioaficionado" in blue ink, then Whitey's call letters (W6HRA) and it looks like Mr. White (perhaps meaning to write "Whitey" and below that the letters "E.E.U.U." There is a faint blue circular date stamp to the right that reads "July 1957" and we can make out an "R something DIC then CL, since the coloring from the front side bled through and looks like a smudge. This unique and colorful card would be a great addition to any QSL Card collection or Disney Donald Duck Collection! Standard size card measures 5-7/8 x 3-1/2 inches CONDITION: Very good condition. Very minimal wear on corners and edges. No pinholes, no smudges or stains in the artwork, although the bottom corner under the signature does have a small crease, and the corner right above Donald Duck has a very tiny crease at the very tip.
