What is your return policy?

Generally we do NOT accept refunds unless given a legitimate reason and we are notified within 7 days after receipt of item purchased. Because all our items are preowned and many are consigned to us by our clients, if the reason is simply because you changed your mind or you did not like it, rather than the quality of the product or you believe we grossly represented to item you purchased, we cannot process a refund. As for other situations, reserve the right to approve a refund or not.

How long does it take to process a return?

Within 3 business days upon receiving your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition and packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
