My carb had a internal heater, this one did not. Photo clearly showed no heater connection. I had to abandon the heater wires. Be prepared to install the throttle cable and chock cable. Not much fun. In fact, I used the old choke internals to keep from dealing with cable.
After solving all the puzzle parts, it started and after tuning, it runs great.
