When Item was received one of the prongs thats supposed to be inserted into the filter housing was broken.

Good price on OEM filter.

This filter was definitely OEM. Some reviews said they were knockoffs but they were not. This filter works exactly as it is supposed to.

I bought the 2 pack.
The filters are packed by the manufacturer in sealed, plastic packaging. Upon opening the package I found it was missing one of the small, rubber O rings. Fortunately the previously used filters O ring was still in good working order. I simply transferred the used ring to the new filter and installed it in my refrigerator. It worked out fine and I'm back to making purified ice and water. Just know this was not a Bonanza problem. It was a manufacturer mistake. I'm still satisfied. Especially a great price

I'm happy with the product thus far, although the image shown above looks nothing like what I received. I initially thought I was buying the PUR filters shown. They may be a PUR product I never really checked. I do know they don't look the same. I would change the image to not make customers feel like it was a bait and switch once they receive their order.
