Upgrading from my old Hoover. The previous model was good, but this is better. Smooth operation, powerful, and easy to use.

Great features and high cleaning performance. Surprisingly solid construction, easy to use, ergonomic. I was a Bissell fan but I am sold on Hoover now.

Fast service, machine arrived 2 days early in good condition. Performed as advertised, did a good job cleaning carpet and was easy to take apart to clean. Only issue is to turn on Dry Only mode button must be pressed very hard multiple times. Contacted Hoover to register 5 year warranty, had note added to my account in case Dry Omly mode stops working.

Favorite carpet shampooer so far!

I have wanted this smart wash carpet cleaner for over a year now, I just haven't had it in me to pay $300 for it... When I saw this deal I had to have it! I was hesitant because this was my first time purchasing or even hearing of bonanza, but when I received my product it was exactly as described and worked wonderfully on my carpet. I haven't used the spot chaser tool as of yet but I will be testing once I get the spot chaser solution. With all that being said thank you, I am overjoyed with my purchase it came in a timely fashion with no issues
