The fabric is a beautiful Navy Blue Plaid with Light Blue, a Brighter Blue, Black Gold. The fabric content is 71% Polyester, 24% Rayon, 2% Lurex and 3% Spandex so there is a little give to it. It has solid Navy shorts underneath that are a great lightweight polyester stretch fabric. size 6 - Approx 30.5" at the waist, 17.5 in length approx 39.5" at the hips. size 8 - Approx 31.5" at the waist, 17.75 in length approx 41" at the hips. size 10 - Approx 32.5" at the waist, 18" in length approx 42" at the hips. size 14 - Approx 35" at the waist, 18.5" in length approx 44.5" at the hips.
