Goebel Hummel Figurine, School Girl, TMK6 #81 2/0, 1981 This vintage Goebel Hummel figurine "School Girl" numbered 81 2/0 has the TMK6 trademark on the bottom. There are also initials in black ink which include the year 81. The figurine features a lovely young girl with pigtails and a big pack on her back. It looks like maybe a cricket bat and ball is hanging out of the bottom of it. She carries a napkin-covered basket on her right arm which is no doubt her lunch. This is a really nice piece, the colors are vivid and the scene is precious. There are no chips, cracks, damage or repairs but there is a tiny bit of crazing on the bottom. The figurine measures 4 inches tall and 2 inches at the widest point. Made in W. Germany. A great piece to display or give as a gift. Hummels like this one are no longer being produced and will only go up in value as they become harder to find!
