Returns Information:-

Damaged Items:-

The buyer is responsible for checking the item when it is delivered before accepting the parcel. If the parcel arrives damaged and subsequently the item / items are damaged, the buyer needs to do the following:-

If the damage is minor, a partial refund maybe offered without the need to return the item to the supplier. If the damage is severe, again a full or partial refund maybe offered with having to return the item to the supplier.
