The spine and binding are good and all 128 pages are intact and in good condition. There are some hand written markings throughout the book. The cover is a little scuffed up, and has some stains on it as well. The book is filled with a lot of useful information, and many photos, both color and black and white. It is not really a price guide, but a great reference in dating, and possibly, authenticating different types of antiques. A very nice book.
