Original box is in very good condition marked The J.R.Torrey Razor Co. US Worcester, Mass. The blade is extremely shiny, clean with no rust, cracks, chips, pitting or disturbing stains. Approximately 9 3/8" open end to end. Blade has been cleaned and polished, I'll leave the honing and stropping to the new owner. The blade measures 5/8". Torrey's are thought of as very good American razors. They seem to hold an edge for a good long time. Some of them seem to have a bit harder metal than others of this brand but that seems to be common among other brands also.
