Item description
This has to be one of the most beautiful plants you can grow. For many, the fruit has a wonderful, spicy fragrance as well. The scent bowls me over, but my wife says she can't smell them at all - quite odd. The fruit is edible - I've generally added the fried eggplant to pasta and have found it sweet and non-bitter. You may decide instead to use them in fall displays, where they hold their color for a month or more. This variety takes a full 85 days to turn the orange color you see, so you have to get an early start. I'll send about 40 seeds in a packet.
