If you feel the merchandise must be returned for good reason we will refund the item price less a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition.The package can not be returned without our #RA.

The shipping, insurance and handling fee are unrefundable.

If merchandise arrives in flawed condition or is an incorrectly shipped item, please contact us within 3 days with the details of the problem and we can usually solve any such issues by exchanging the merchandise for you. The shipping in both directions for this exchange are the responsibility of the seller. It is important that you include all original packaging with the merchandise shipped back to us for exchange.
