Please contact us prior to making a return so we can authorize it. For items that are accurately described the buyer pays the actual shipping cost that we paid to ship the item and any return shipping expenses to get the item back to us. In the case of free shipping we will let the buyer know the actual shipping cost and this amount will be deducted from the refund. All items must be returned in the same condition they were in when sent to the buyer.
