If you feel the merchandise must be returned for good reason we will refund the item price less a 20% restocking fee. It is important that you contact us with the reason for the return within 7 days and include all original packaging and the packing slip sent by e-mail with the tracking no. to us with the returned merchandise. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition.The package can not be returned without our #RA.

The shipping, insurance and handling fee are unrefundable.

The shipping in both directions for this exchange are the responsibility of the seller. It is important that you include all original packaging with the merchandise shipped back to us for exchange.
