Excalibur Casino Metal Souvenir Tray Acquired shortly after the casino opened in 1991 If you visited the Excalibur Hotel, and "forgot" to bring back a souvenir, this would be a nice addition to your travel collections. Tray front is white with a knight riding a horse and reads: "Fantasy Faire" across the top and "Excalibur Hotel and Casino" along the bottom Tray back is plain, unfinished gold - brass color. Measures aprox 13" across, aprox 3/4 to 1" deep Circus Circus Enterprises constructed Excalibur which opened on June 19, 1990, as the largest hotel in the world, (at the time) with over 4,000 rooms, covering over 70 acres.[As of 2016 it was the seventh-largest hotel (by total number of rooms) in Las Vegas, and the eleventh-largest hotel worldwide. MGM Resorts International purchased the property in 2005. CONDITION: Unused. Has been carefully packed in storage since acquired new. May have minor scratches on back that were there when we got it.
