Item description
Vintage original 12 x 18 in. US pressbook from the 1930's romance THE BAD ONE, released in 1930 by United Artists and directed by George Fitzmaurice. Dolores Del Rio and Edmund Lowe co-star in this musical romantic prison drama (yes!) which also features Boris Karloff.
Consisting of 8 pages, this vintage original pressbook is from the film's 1937 US theatrical re-release by Artcinema Associates. The front cover features beautiful artwork of the two co-stars in a playful moment and the back cover shows the posters and lobby cards created to publicize the film. The interior pages features great black-and-white photos and artwork for exhibitors to use. This vintage original pressbook is in good- condition with a horizontal fold across the center; the front cover has split along the spine from the top to the center horizontal fold; there are tiny nicks and some tears on the outer edges; and some of the pages have a piece of Scotch tape on the center horizontal fold at the outer edge.
While this vintage original pressbook has been folded once horizontally, we will ship it flat to prevent any further stress to the pages.
