West Germany Vintage Necklace and Earring and 10 similar items

Awesome kitschy lucite beaded necklace and earring set from West Germany in beautiful fall colors. We love the bronze toned seed beads used to make the specialty beads pop on the necklace, and as outlining accents on the button earrings. Paired with them is a cute Autumn leaf enameled in a flat finish, and inhabited by two sweet ladybugs. The brooch is marked by #48491 which we have been unable to identify. Several manufactures appear to have used this exact leaf design back in the day, though most only had one ladybug, while this design has two. Necklace is 16 1/4", 17 1/4" and 18 1/4" strands with 2" extender. Earrings are 1 1/8" diameter. Brooch is 2 5/8" wide x 1 3/4" long. Vintage jewelry is rarely perfect. We will do our best to note any obvious flaws, but flea bites, and small scratches are to be expected. We would be happy to answer any questions, or provide additional photos. This necklace and earring set is in excellent vintage condition. The brooch is in very good vintage condition with some very small flea bites on the ladybugs. The bites let just the smallest glimmer of gold show thru, which we thought was purposeful until we viewed it under magnification. There we could see tiny bites in the enamel, which is usually found on jewelry with upraised areas, like the ladybugs. We think the small glimmer adds to the bugs, but they could esily be repaired if that is your preference. Condition Descriptions: Excellent = very little to no visible wear, though minimal flea bites/scratches may be seen thru a loupe or magnification. Very Good = normal wear and tear typical for the age which can be seen up close, as well as flea bites/scratches seen thru a loupe. Average = significant wear seen with and without a loupe.
