The shoes must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you and returned using the USPS Priority mail service with both tracking and insurance, packaged well to avoid damage. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. We will issue a full refund for the shoes purchased excluding all shipping charges upon receiving the shoes in the same condition as they were sent.
