I had a 1TB 7200RPM Hitachi drive in my laptop for audio files. There were times I had momentary dropouts in recordings - 1 sample at 24-bit/192kHz/16-track. However, this is audible and enough to cause me to look further. I copied all the files over to the 850 EVO, installed it and everything runs noticeably faster. I have yet to hear a click or other glitch in my recordings using this drive!!
