Returns accepted only on damaged merchandise or items that were not listed accurately – including condition of item and/or function. Buyer pays return shipping in those cases and purchases tracking for returned package. While we have a 30 day return policy and damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any refunds will be issued after the exact item is returned and inspected. If a refund is issued, it will only be for the purchase price of the item and will not include original shipping cost. Original shipping cost cannot be included as a refund. In some cases if inspection finds tampering with item and or condition, no refund will be given. At that point if the item was returned, buyer will have to pay additional shipping back to their location. We do ask for clear photos of any issues, damages, or misrepresentation for any items sold along with photos of how it was packaged and damages to packaging. We ask for this to make a proper determination if a return is acceptable. Any items listed as used will include any defects in description. Minor scratches and minor scuffs in ‘used’ items or merchandise not listed as ‘new’ may not be listed in an items description. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, which will be removed from the total purchase price (including shipping) prior to the refund being issued. We do not offer refunds for buyers remorse, a buyer who changed their mind after paying for the item.
